This is a demo website built by Flash Setup. Marcus Cole is a fictional coach. This policy shows the shape a real coaching site would ship with. A live client site gets a policy matched to its actual tools.

What this site collects

If you submit either form, the site collects what you type: name, email address, and your answers about training history, schedule, and goals. Nothing else — no accounts, no profiles.

How it's used

Application answers are used to review your fit for coaching and to reply to you.
If you ask for the free program, your email address is used to send it, plus an occasional training email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
The link you arrived on may carry campaign tags (UTM tags). Those may be stored with your submission, so the coach knows which post or video brought you here.

Who processes it

Forms on this site are processed by a CRM platform (HighLevel / LeadConnector). It acts as a data processor. The site itself is static and sets no tracking cookies of its own. Payment, when it applies, is handled by a payment processor — card details never touch this site.

What this site doesn't do

Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties so they can market to you.
No ad pixels or cross-site trackers run on this demo site.
No data collected from visitors who don't submit a form.

Retention and deletion

Form submissions are kept while they matter to coaching, then deleted on request. You can see, correct, or delete anything you sent.
