    Weekly check-ins

    Every week you send your numbers and your lift videos. Marcus reads them. He adjusts the plan and replies with specifics. All of it in the app, on your schedule.

Four years on a gym floor taught me why people quit.

I'm Marcus. I spent four years as a floor trainer in a big gym. Six sessions a day. The same pattern kept showing up. People don't fail because the program is wrong. They fail because nobody's watching and the plan skips their real week. It usually dies around week three.

So I went out on my own. I built my coaching around the missing part — the follow-up. A custom plan matters. But the weekly check-in is the real product. I read your numbers and I know your schedule. Then I catch a bad week before it becomes a bad month.

FAQ

The questions everyone asks before applying.

Do I need a gym membership?

A barbell gym helps. You don't need one. I build the plan around what you own. A big gym works. So does a garage rack or a pair of dumbbells. You tell me what you've got in the application and the plan fits it.

What app do you use? How do check-ins work?

Everything lives in one app. Your plan and your logs are there, and so is our chat. Once a week you send a short check-in. It holds your numbers and your weight trend. Add a few lines on how the week went, plus any lift videos. I read it and adjust the plan. Then I reply, usually within 24 hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Coaching is month-to-month with no contracts and no cancellation fee. You finish the month you've paid for and that's it. If you come back later, you don't pay any rejoin fee.

Do we ever have to get on a call?

No. Check-ins and form reviews happen in the app, and questions do too. It all runs on your schedule. If a call would help, we can do one when you're getting started. It's your choice, never a rule.

I'm a beginner. Is this for me?

If you'll train three times a week and check in honestly, yes. Beginners progress fastest. One thing though. If you've never lifted at all, start with 1:1 coaching, not Program Only. Early form checks matter more than any template.

How fast will I see results?

Strength moves first. You'll feel it in 8–12 weeks. Fat loss is slower — about 0.5% of your body weight per week in a focused phase. If someone promises more, they're selling something. I won't promise a number. I'll promise the plan still works in month six, because you'll still be doing it.

The last program you start should be the one with a coach attached.
